• FEES:  Charges for appraisals and consulting vary depending on location, travel time and scope of work.  Residential appraisal fees may vary from 250.00 to 650.00. 
• TURN AROUND TIME:  Our goal is to provide a 48 hour turn around time for residential appraisals. We try to achieve this at all times. However, we cannot guarantee it due to times of increased volume of work.
• TECHNOLOGY: The most modern and efficient technologies are utilized. We ensure prompt service to our clients with fully digitized photographs, maps, and signatures. Hard copies are printed on color laser printers or emailed in PDF form or AI READY.
