For nearly 16 years Mark Breeding has been affiliated with the Century 21 System in Ashland, Ky at the Brooks Wells Enterprises firm. Through his travels and exposure to various architectural designs and cultural environments he has incorporated his unique ideas in home renovation, additions and remodeling into successful "before and after" projects within the Ashland area over the past several years.  Having received his real estate and appraisal education from the Weikel Real Estate Institute and Hondros College, he is also a past graduate of the National Crime Prevention Institute where he studied (CPTED) Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (University of Louisville). He currently holds the CMRS and the CMMS designations and specializes in residential and commerical property.

He is a past recipient of the "International Centurion Award", the highest level of achievement within the Century 21 System worldwide.  For several consecutive years he has been awarded the "Masters Club" Award which is also a high level of achievement.

In 1998 he was named "TOP PRODUCING AGENT" of the year for selling more properties (units) than any other Century 21 Agent in the Mid South region.
